2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Archive by Natalie Limited you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including our Shipping, Returns and Privacy policies.

3. Products & Availability

  • All products are described to the best of our ability. We aim for accuracy in colours, sizes, materials, etc. but slight variances may occur (screens, photography, lighting).

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, or to discontinue items at any time.

  • If a product you order is unavailable after purchase, we will inform you ASAP and offer an alternative, or a full refund.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable UK VAT.

  • Payment is collected at the time of ordering.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors (e.g. due to technical glitches or mistakes) and, if necessary, cancel orders with a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • As stated on our Shipping Information page, we dispatch all orders as medium/large parcels via UK courier or postal services.

  • Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the parcel is dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Address changes after dispatch cannot be guaranteed.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and order details.

  • We will assess the issue and — at our discretion — offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

  • For change-of-mind returns, items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer (unless we shipped the wrong item / item is faulty).

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the website — product images, descriptions, text, logos — is the property of Archive by Natalie Limited (or used with permission).

  • You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use our content for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

  • Purchased items — physical goods — do not grant you rights to our brand names, visuals, or design assets for re-sale or re-branding.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

  • We make reasonable efforts to ensure products are as described, but cannot guarantee perfection (e.g. colour slight variance, slight manufacturing variations).

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of our products (e.g. damage, personal injury) except where required by applicable law.

  • Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
