Return Policy — Archive by Natalie
At Archive by Natalie, every piece in our collection is carefully sourced, curated, and described with accuracy. Because our items are vintage or preloved, we kindly ask customers to review all photos, descriptions, and measurements before purchasing.
We do offer returns on eligible online purchases, subject to the conditions below.
Online Returns — Full-Price Items
To request a return, please email hello@archivebynatalie.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Requests made outside this window cannot be accepted.
Return Conditions

All original Archive by Natalie tags must be attached and intact.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent: unworn, unmarked, and free from odour, damage, or alterations.

Please take care when trying items on and avoid makeup, self-tan, fragrance, or jewellery that may cause pulls or marks.

Archive by Natalie is not responsible for any additional wear or damage incurred while the item is in your care. If an item is returned with new damage, a cleaning/repair fee may apply or the return may be declined.
Once your return has been approved, the item must be sent back to us within 7 days.
Returns received after this period will be issued as store credit.
When Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are issued Monday–Friday between 10am–5pm, once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Sale Items
All sale, discounted, and archive pieces are final sale and non-refundable.
Please purchase mindfully — we are always happy to provide extra measurements or photos prior to checkout.
Shipping Costs for Returns — UK

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Please ensure items are packaged securely for safe return.

Once received and approved, we will refund the item amount minus the original shipping cost.
In-Person Purchases (Studio / Pop-Ups / Markets)
All items purchased in person at our studio, pop-ups, or external markets are sold as seen and are non-refundable.
Please inspect items carefully before completing your purchase.
Collaborations
For items sold through brand collaborations, the return policy of the collaborating brand will apply. Please refer to their website for details.
