At Archive by Natalie, we believe beautiful vintage and designer pieces should never sit forgotten in a wardrobe. When you choose to pass them on, you’re extending their story — and making space for new ones in your own life.

Our Sell For You service makes the process effortless. We take care of everything from evaluation to photography to delivery, ensuring your preloved treasures reach new owners who will love them just as much as you once did.

What Is “Sell For You”?

It’s simple: you own the item — we sell it on your behalf.

We manage the entire selling process, including:

  • Photography and styling

  • Listing and marketing

  • Customer enquiries

  • Packaging and dispatch

  • Website and transaction fees

  • Return handling

You pay nothing upfront. We only take a commission once the item sells.

How It Works

Step 1 — Show Us Your Pieces

Email us clear photos and details of the items you’d like to sell. If they match our aesthetic and criteria, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Step 2 — Condition Requirements

All items must arrive clean and in good, wearable condition.
If cleaning or repairs are needed, we will let you know and can advise on options.

Step 3 — Pricing

We work with you to agree on a fair selling price.
Pricing is based on:

  • Current resale value

  • Designer and desirability

  • Condition and rarity

  • Seasonal demand

If a price needs adjusting after listing, we’ll always check with you first.

Step 4 — Sending Your Items

You can post your approved pieces to us.
If you are London-based and have a larger collection, we may be able to arrange a pick-up.

Step 5 — Selling Time

While we aim to sell items as quickly as possible, timing can vary depending on season, demand, and price point. We’ll keep you informed of any opportunities to increase saleability.

Step 6 — Getting Paid

Once an item sells and clears our 14-day return window, we process your payout.

If you’d like to donate a percentage of your earnings to charity, let us know — we’re happy to arrange this.

Premium Vintage

90s–early 2000s, archival pieces, French and Italian designers, and timeless classics.

Accessories & Statement Pieces

Handbags, small leather goods, scarves, belts, outerwear, and unique one-of-a-kind pieces.

We are not currently accepting high-street or fast-fashion.
